Part-Time Childcare Teacher Support Position

We're looking for a dynamic individual to support our dedicated teachers in creating an enriching environment for young children. Hours: As needed schedule, Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm. Must be flexible to work any day Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am-530pm for approximately 4-6 hours a day.

  • 15 classrooms in our school

  • Three classrooms of each age group

  • Small class sizes always within DCF ratios

  • Maximum of 10 students per class

  • Most classes have two teachers assigned to the room

Compensation

Compliance

  • 1 year of experience in a child care facility is preferred

  • No criminal history

  • Must be able to pass DCF Child Care background screening

  • 45 hours DCF training completed or complete within state deadlines

  • CPR and First Aid certification required within state guidelines
