We're looking for a dynamic individual to support our dedicated teachers
in creating an enriching environment for young children.

Culture

  • Children 8 weeks to 5 years (Pre-K)

  • 15 classrooms in our school

  • Three classrooms of each age group

  • Small class sizes always within DCF ratios

  • Maximum of 10 students per class

  • Most classes have two teachers assigned to the room

Our ideal candidate is energetic, creative, has a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills. Exhibits characteristics of responsibility, patience, dependability, maturity, organization, and respect.

Compensation

  • Competitive pay based on training & experience

Compliance

  • 1 year of experience in a child care facility is preferred

  • No criminal history

  • Must be able to pass DCF Child Care background screening

  • 45 hours DCF training completed or complete within state deadlines

  • CPR and First Aid certification required within state guidelines
